He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell "Casey" Collins and Lenore Collins (Overstreet); and his brother Charles Wayne "Chuck" Collins. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Collins of Santa Claus; his sons, Rob Collins, Jr. (Deb) of Santa Claus, Cevin Collins (Debbie) of Rockport, Garry Collins (Jenny) of Clarksville, Doug Collins (Lori) of Santa Claus and Tom Collins (Robin) of Santa Claus; and his sister-in-law Betty Collins of McCordsville. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous extended family.
