Anne left this world on September 25, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her husband William D. Steinbeck; her daughter Michelle Anne Steinbeck; her grandson Wesley Allen Steinbeck; her parents, Clarence Bolen and Nelle Bolen; and her sister Ellen Kennedy (Terry).
She is survived by: her sons, William Steinbeck II (Tina) of New Carlisle, IN and David Steinbeck of Parrish, FL; her grandchildren, Tiffany, Katherine Templeton (Joseph), Amber, Sean, Anamaria and Rosemary Steinbeck; her great grandchild Tate Allen Templeton; her sister Mary Claire Coe (Robert) of Platte City, KS; and her friend Joanne Harris (late Leroy) of Griffith, IN. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bocken Funeral Home (7042 Kennedy Ave, Hammond, IN 46323). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at the Chapel Lawn Cemetery.
