He is survived by: his wife Bonny Ferczok; his daughters, Lisa Ferczok and Michelle De Vries (Steven); and his grandsons, Charles and Nicholas De Vries.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Charles's name to the American Cancer Society, Hospice of the Calumet Area, or the Hammond Humane Society.
