He is survived by: his wife Carol Davis; his children, Michael Davis (Christina) and Tracy Koscielski (Matthew); his grandchildren, Carly Davis, Andrew, David, Vincent Koscielski, Lucca and Remi Davis; his sister Kathy Radke (Jim); and his siblings-in-law, Daniel Bertagnolli (Cynthia), Donald Bertagnolli (Jane), Thomas Bertagnolli (Laura) and Donna Van Gennep (James).

Memorial contributions may be given to St. Maria Goretti Church.
