She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Donald Bixenman and LeDean Bixenman (Lee); her husband Robert Scott; her sons, Eric Kuiper (Shelley) and Jason Kuiper (Cynthia); her stepchildren, Elizabeth Connor and Robert Scott (Traci); her grandchildren, Andrea D'Alfonso (Nicholas), Kyle Kuiper (Lucia Grattone), Garrett Kuiper and Valerie Kuiper; her stepgrandsons, Tim Connor and Preston Scott; her great grandchild Cassian D'Alfanso; her niece Dyan Hall (Andrew); her nephew Scooter Bradley; and her sister Deborah Bradley (Dan).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider two things: First, put aside material things, rekindle meaningful relationships, spend time with those you love and don't forget to appreciate the simple hug, as that is what life was all about to Donna. Second, in keeping with Donna's philanthropic efforts, consider making a donation to the American Lighthouse Foundation in her memory.
