He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda Sluiter; his children, Candice Van Hout (Steven), Ashley Huitsing (David), Braden Sluiter and Austin Sluiter; his grandchildren, Raegan, Noelle, Parker, Thys and Paxton; his siblings, Donna Verduin (Jim), Steven Sluiter (Terri) and Anne-Marie Docter (Brad); his parents, Shirley Sluiter and Donald Sluiter; his parents-in-law, Phyllis and Dorn Jabaay; and his siblings-in-law, James Jabaay (Patti), Keith Jabaay and Denise Poole (David).
