She was predeceased by: her daughter Dorothy Hart; her sister Dorothy Hojnacki (late Ray); her husbands, Joseph P. Stefanich and Steve Blahunka; and her parents, Bernard Lopacki and Helen Lopacki (Szymanski).
She is survived by: her children, Sandi Kreevich (Gerald), Joseph H. Stefanich (Linda) and Tom Stefanich (Anita); and her grandchildren, Chris Hart and Patti Hart.
