He was predeceased by: his father Herman. He is survived by: his wife Lynne M. Kohn; his children, Daniel Kohn (Elanee), Sarah L. Kahn (Josh) and Jonathan D. Perigo; his grandchildren, Zoey, Isla, Elijah, Hanna, Jacob, Madelyn, Isabelle and Emily; and his great-aunt Dorothy Scmidt.
