She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene J. Smith; her siblings, Carol, Mary, Agnes, John and Bernie; and her parents, Paul Thomas and Mary Thomas.

She is survived by: her children, Sandra Snearly-Vosberg (Bradley), Debbie Fielder (Richard) and Garret Smith (Susan); her grandchildren, Jennifer (Matt), Jaclyn (Brandon), Darren (Anne), Lauren (Thomas) and Dennis (Taylor); and her great grandchildren, Nathan, Nick, Greyson, Garret, Charles, Madelyn, Josie and Emmett.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Charity of your choice.
