He is survived by: his brother Stephen Brajak; his sister-in-law Kimberly; his daughter Stephanie Saric (Danny); his grandchildren, Mila, Ava Donna and Ilija; his son Alexander Brajak (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Nora, Alexander and Beau; his daughter Kristin Brajak; his grandchildren, Brynn, Luka and Emma Kate Stellhorn; his son Nicholas Brajak (Shelby); and his grandchildren, Olivia and Lowen.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pruzin Funeral Home (14 Kennedy Ave, Schererville, IN 46375).

In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family kindly asks that memorial donations be made to a local hospice organization of your choice in Moe's memory.
