He was predeceased by : his parents, Stanley Kosinski and Mary Kosinski; and his son Carl Kosinski. He is survived by : his wife Marilyn; his children, Alan Kosinski, Barbara Herring, Diane Figuly (Ed) and Marianne Dorsey (Rob); his grandchildren, Johnny Herring (Shannon), Melissa Herring, Ian Figuly (Claire McMahon), Brittany Figuly (Aleksandar Marinkovic), Elise and Leah Dorsey; and his great grandchildren, Austin, Emory, August and Nevyn.
