He was predeceased by: his wife Susan I. Beatty; his daughter Christine Beatty; and his parents, Raymond Beatty and Josephine Beatty. He is survived by: his son Gregory Beatty (Karen); his grandchild Courtney Beatty; and his sister Ellen Sowinski (Paul).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smits Funeral Home (2121 Pleasant Springs Ln, Dyer, IN 46311). A prayer will be held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church (500 Northgate Dr, Dyer, IN 46311).
