She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Kulakowski and Helen Kulakowski; her siblings, Loretta Piaskowski (Thaddeus), Ernest "Bubbles" Kulakowski and Edwin "Babe" Kulakowski (Loretta); and her son-in-law Douglas Bass.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Grzyb; her children, Gloria Bass, Judith Gaik (Robert), Diane Grzyb and Paul Grzyb (Judith); her grandchildren, Steven (Samantha), David, Bryan (Mallory), Christine (Ethan), Valerie (Patrick), Jeffery (Michelle) and Kevin; her great grandchildren, Mason, Cameron, Tyler, Henry, Penelope, Charlotte, Beau, Lincoln and Jaxson; and her sister-in-law Joanie Kulakowski. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Severine's name to Hospice of the Calumet.
