Tekla A. Ausema Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tekla A. Ausema of Schererville, Indiana, who passed away on September 28, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Geert Kap and Martina Kap; her husband Howard Ausema; and her grandson Brandt Ausema. She is survived by: her children, David Ausema (Ruth), Susan (Ausema) and VanPoolen (Steve); her grandchildren, Kathryn, Pieter (Faith), Caroline Ausema, Eliza and Lola VanPoolen; and her siblings, Hilda Kuiken (Kap) and Menzo Kap. She is also survived by many loving siblings in law, nieces, nephews, extended family, and good friends.
