He was predeceased by : his wife Karen Lyn Howell; and his parents, Harold Dean and Vera Howell. He is survived by : his children, Tanya Sheely, Brian Norris (Mary Lou) and Tiffany Blosky (John); his brother Kevin Howell (Jean); and his nieces and nephews, Zac and Paul Howell. He is also survived by his family, and friends.
