He was predeceased by: his spouse Nellaine J. Lich; his son Vernon A. Lich Jr. (late Beverly); his parents, Benus Lich and Johanna Lich; and his sister Elaine Betty Lich.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lois Fennema (Jeffrey) and Janet Boomsma (Larry); his grandchildren, Melissa Newenhouse (Mike), Scott Lich (Jess), Jason Fennema (Meredith), Brad Fennema (Meredith), Kristi Beltman (Lance), Derek Boomsma (Liz) and Jodi Bultema (Dave); his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Pals (Jake), Kase, Danica, Cohen, Elsie, Christopher, Isaac, Joryn, Adley, Owen, Emery, Kaiden, Tenley, Haisley, Brady, Claire, Brynlee, Ember, David and Westen; his great great grandchild Hans; his sister Luella Witt (late Marvin); and his nieces and nephews, Dale Witt, Lynn Yonkman (Scott) and Kent Witt.
