He was predeceased by : his parents, Andrew Holzbach and Catherine Holzbach; and his children, Steven Holzbach and Linda Jakubowicz. He is survived by : his wife Betty Holzbach; his children, Laura Conquest (Mike) and David Holzbach; his grandchildren, Sarah Brogan (Joseph), Allison Conquest, Nicole Jakubowicz, Gina Widner (Blake), Michael Jakubowicz (Chloe) and Steve Holzbach; and his sister Delores Clark. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
