In the vast expanse of eternity, Calvin shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Calvin farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Russell and Cora Mae Steward Russell. He is survived by: his wife Karen Russell; his children, Priscilla Clemons, Rashad Russell (Lindsay), Maiya Messer (Jake) and Mawasse Russell (Nick Horner); and his brothers, Steve and Willie Russell.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Crossroads Community Church. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
