With sadness, we share the passing of Elizabeth Irene Bost of Scipio, Indiana. Elizabeth, born on June 28, 1933, passed away on August 23, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Jeffries and Donnie Jeffries (Smith); her husband Charles Kenneth Bost; and her brothers, George, Bill and William Jeffries.
She is survived by: her son Kim Bost (Theresa) of Scipio; her granddaughter Mariah Bost of Scipio; her great grandchildren, Zayden Huff of Scipio and Lylah Huff of Scipio; her sister Jean Bennett (Bill); and her sister-in-law JoAnn Jeffries of Columbus.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home (420 S State St, North Vernon, IN 47265). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at the Scipio Cemetery.
Memorials may be made in honor of Liz through the funeral home to Our Hospice of Jennings County.
