He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Irwin and Ruth Marie Irwin (Robins); and his brother Keith Dennis Irwin. He is survived by: his wife Jane Begue; his brother John Irwin (Betty) of Hayden; his sister-in-law Cathy Begue of Scipio; and his nieces, Charlene Maddox (David) of Montana, Victoria Irwin of North Vernon and Tamara Fraizer of Hayden.
