He was predeceased by: his parents, Val Randolph, Sr. (Sara Ellen Bryant Randolph) and Bobby; and his siblings, Ben Randolph (Lillian), Olas Randolph (Ruth), Wilfred Eugene Randolph (Kathleen), Val Randolph, Jr., Gladys Randolph and Phyllis Cannon (Rollon).

He is survived by: his wife Neva Walls Randolph; his daughters, Melanie Riley (Sam) and Mistee Smith (Shawn); his grandchildren, Sara Breeze (John), Gregory Abrams, Bobby Dale Abrams, Paige Delisser (Dennis) and Cody Layne Price; his great grandchildren, Kallie Lainhart, Camden Breeze, Emma Breeze and Reggie Delisser; and his sister-in-law Nancy Randolph.
