She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Junior McNicol and Helen Lea McNicol (Woodall); and her sons, Christopher Wayne Bates and Coby William Bates. She is survived by: her fiancé John Gibson of North Vernon; her siblings, Steven Lee McNicol (Patricia) of Ocala, FL, JoAnn Lea Underhill of Scottsburg, Indiana, Cindy Priddy of Pekin, Indiana and Wanda Sue McNicol of Scottsburg, Indiana.; and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie Engle, Memphis, Magnolia Bates and Cayden Bates.
