He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hoffman and Phyllis Oskin Hoffman; and his brother David Hoffman. He is survived by: his sister Karen Receveur (Joey); and his nieces and nephews, Lyndsey Maggard (Scotty), Logan Receveur, Brian Hoffman (Amanda) and Dalton Receveur.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Collins Funeral Home (465 W McClain Ave, Scottsburg, IN 47170). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
