He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Crane of Charlestown, Indiana; his children, Lori Seidel (Ryan) of Inverness, Illinois and Monty Williams of Greenwood; his sister Linda Couch (Kenny); and his grandchildren, Luke Seidel, Drew Seidel, Nate Seidel, Cole Seidel and Monty Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations can be made in Dave's name to Vitas Hospice in Rockledge, Florida in c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
