He is survived by: his close friend Tina Everitt; his daughter Shelby Alexander (Greg); his stepson Chad Phillips; his stepgrandsons, Jimmy Lee, James Adam and Dennis Curtis; his siblings, Carol Lintz, Bonita McWilliams (James) and Larry Righthouse; his grandchildren, Kiarra and Silas; and his great grandchild Cecilia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Collins Funeral Home (465 W McClain Ave, Scottsburg, IN 47170). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
