He was predeceased by: his wife Mabel Pfister (Stewart); his parents, Cecil Amos Pfister and Myrtle Pfister (Ater); and his son Steven Eugene Pfister. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Rouse (Steven) of Gadsden, Alabama, Linda Lou Johnson (David) of Camden, Indiana, Vickie Marie Delano (Tad) of Seymour, Indiana and Kathy Engle (Jeff) of Indianapolis, Indiana.; and his siblings, Sharon Yates of Louisville, Kentucky, Sidney Pfister, Anna Tatum, Cecil Leigh Palmer and Wanda Joyce Jones. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
