He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edwin and Maxine Walton (Mount); and his wife Jenine Walton. He is survived by: his son Dr. James Walton of Indianapolis; and his siblings, Johnnie Walton (Rhoda) of Scottsburg, Indiana, Barbara Nichols (Bill) of Scottsburg and Bonnie Trabue (Steve) of Scottsburg, Indiana. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Jim's family has requested memorial donations to Bethel Cemetery c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
