Canham and Merisa Knackstedt; his sisters, Ganine Evans and Janna Evans; his grandchildren, Allissa Evans, Victoria Evans, James Evans, Finley Evans, Shade Evans and Shaylah Evans; his nieces, Brittney Eads and Eva Nani Aiona; and his nephew Lance Eads.
