She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Sebastian; her parents, Earl Derringer, Sr. and Mabel White Derringer; her son James Earl Combs; and her sisters, Mary Plaster and Jackie Morris.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Ryan, Angie Sebastian, Mandy Sebastian and Charlie Sebastian; and her stepgrandchildren, Kalei Robinson, Breanna Sebastian, Blake Engle, Brantley Cissell and Ashley Sebastian. She is also survived by several cousins and nephews.
In keeping with her love for animals, Memorial contributions can be made to the Humane Society of Scott County in her memory.
