She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Hawn and Bernice Hawn; her husband Duke Cunningham of Little York; her son David Liebert; her sister June Jones; her foster brother Walter Hurtt; and her nieces, Marilyn and Diana.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Abram (Bob) of Indianapolis and Jean Nichols (Gary) of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Paul (Anna), Sarah (Andrew) and Kelsey Nichols; her great grandchildren, Arie, Gaige, Marlowe, Elinor, Sawyer and Elayne Nichols; her nieces, Anita and Linda; her nephew John Daniel; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Julie, Jeremy, Joseph, Tina, Tommy, Shannon and Jessica.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Christian Church (255 W McClain Ave, Scottsburg, IN 47170). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Little York Christian Church.
