She is survived by: her daughter Judy Johnson (Mike) of Austin, Indiana; her sisters, Betty Lamb (Bob) of Canaan and Shannie Hurtt of Scottsburg, Indiana; her granddaughter Jessica Blevins (Kyle); and her great grandchild Vaughn Michael Blevins.
