He is survived by: his children, Amy Michelle Goode (Shellie Ray Goode) and Brian Keith Allen of Indianapolis, Indiana; his brothers, David Brian Allen of Noblesville and Lloyd Eugene Allen; his grandchildren, Trenton Clay Carr, Trevor Michael Carr, Trey Wesley Carr, Shellie Goode, Bryan Goode, Muverik Burgess and Nora Bryant; and his siblings' children, Jason Allen (Courtney Allen), Josh Allen (Mary), Sosbe Ogden, Jeremiah Allen (Liz Lyons) and Olivia Grace Allen.
