She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Campbell and Roxie Campbell (Merrill); and her siblings, Bill Campbell, Randy Campbell, David Campbell and Linda Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Heather Spurgeon and Todd Eads (Peggy); her sister Betty Stewart (James); her sister-in-law Sondra Campbell; her grandchildren, Meade McNeely, Morgan McNeely, Brittney Eads and Lance Eads; and her great grandchildren, Xavier, Logan, Malik and Gianni. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations can be made in Patsy's name to Southern Care Hospice in c/o Collins Funeral Home.
