She is survived by : her son Jeremy Boyd (Carmen) of Scottsburg, Indiana; her siblings, Donna Myers of Scottsburg, Indiana, Jerry Myers (Bonnie) of Scottsburg and Noble Eugene Myers, Jr. (Carolyn) of Austin, Indiana; and her granddaughter Samantha Boyd.
