He is survived by: his parents, Harry Phillips and Christine Phillips (Doyle); his wife Cindy Phillips of Scottsburg, Indiana; his children, Brian Phillips and Marlena Beacraft; his siblings, Bradley Phillips (Helen) and Debbie Napier (Roger); and his grandchildren, Chase Phillips, Collin Phillips, Lola Phillips and Madison Ash.
