She is survived by: her daughter Judy Newman (Roy); her siblings, Violet Jones, Paulene Cope and Dewey Cochran; and her grandchildren, Rebecca Daily, Josh Newman, Amanda Daily, Abby and Ryan. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and 5 great- great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Collins Funeral Home (465 W McClain Ave, Scottsburg, IN 47170). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mountain Grove Cemetery (17812 Mountain Grove Rd, Henryville, IN 47126).
