With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Ann Sharp of Scottsburg, Indiana, who passed away on September 15, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Tungate and Bessie Katherine Bright Tungate; and her husband Robert Sharp. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Richie of Jeffersonville and Mark Sharp of Lexington; her cousin Patty Lykins of Jeffersonville; her grandchildren, Wesley Allen Richie (Karen) of Charlestown, Robert Sharp and Ariel Smith; and her great grandchildren, Eli and Lily Richie of Charlestown.
Memorial donations may be made in Shirley's honor to the Humane Society of Scott County, reflecting her lifelong dedication to caring for animals.
