He is survived by: his wife Ruth Marie Hawkins Douglas; his children, Jeremy L. Douglas (Michele), Jeffrey L. Douglas (Shelbey) and Jessica Phillips (Derrick); his grandchildren, Abby Phillips, Matthew Douglas, Caylee Douglas, Caleb Douglas, Cole Douglas, Lilly Douglas, Anne-Marie Douglas, Amber Ellis and Kyleen Burkett; his siblings, Gary, Billy, Donna, Peggy, Cindy and Brenda; his brother-in-law Scott Hawkins (Vadah); his cousin Roy Conn (Karla); his close friend Bobby Adams; and his pets, Baby and Blue.
