He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Perry and Aleen Perry (Graves); his wife Betty Clements; his children, Debbie Young and Jeffrey Perry; and his brothers, Arnold and J. D. Perry.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Jannica Glover (Barry); his great grandchildren, Aidan and Dahni Glover; and his sisters-in-law, Pat Perry, Nina Perry and Mary Huffer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Day & Genda Funeral Home~bodine Chapel (450 IN-39, Rossville, IN 46065). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in Jack's honor to Clinton County Cancer.
