He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Nelson Conner and Amelia Conner Spencer; his siblings, Louis Conner (Nadia), Aubrey Conner (Mabel), Shirley Craig (Elmer), Tommy Spencer and Joe Spencer; his sons, Jack Giffin and Glen Conner (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Joshua Giffin and Jackie Conner.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Conner; his siblings, David Willinger and Francis Pharis; his children, Arthur Giffin (Helen) of Woodbury, NJ, Darlene Kiesler (Greg) of Jeffersonville, IN, Randy Conner of Sellersburg, IN and Denise Guffey (Joel) of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Diana Hawkins (Adam), Cody Conner (Krista) and Chelsea Conner (Matthew); and his great grandchildren, Elijah Wenger, Meleah Wenger and Avery Devery.
