She was predeceased by: her father Robert Hamblen; and her siblings, Marcia Deschamp, Aleta Harris and Robert Thomas Hamblen. She is survived by: her mother Rose Fox Hamblen; her stepfather Jack Haines of Shoemakersville, PA.; her sister Vicki Lutz of Adamstown, PA.; and her close friends, John Hendrickson of Covington, IN and Kristine Thompson of North Carolina.
