Davis (Steve) of Denver, NC, Carolyn Chandler of New Albany, IN and Nancy Leist (Joe) of Canton, GA.; her grandchildren, Dr. Chris Baker (Brook), Andrea Castetter (Scott), Jennifer Shankman (Gregg), Courtney Vilcek (Matt), Matthew Davis (Whitney), Karie Davis-Nozemack (Matthew), Kyle Leist (Lindsey) and Sarah Leist (Patrick); her great grandchildren, Ryan Castetter, Kayla Castetter, Caden Baker, Carly Baker, Riley Shankman, Braedy Shankman, Karsyn Davis, Hadley Davis, Benjamin Vilcek, Hannah Vilcek, Will Nozemack, Mary Reagan Nozemack, Lena Leist, Kade Leist and Kolt Leist; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Justin Castetter, Addison Carter, Ahna Huerta and Evie Gray.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Hosparus Health Southern Indiana or Maple Manor Christian Home.
