He was predeceased by: his parents, William Collier and Elaine Collier. He is survived by: his wife Wilma; his daughter Brittany Bishop (Brandon); his granddaughter Elaina Bishop; his sister Susan Hutchison; his niece Stacie Hutchison; and his great-niece Violet Smith.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Garr Funeral Home (7806 Hwy 311, Sellersburg, IN 47172). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
