He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian E. Crowder and Ethel Townsend; his daughter Misty Rose Crowder; and his brothers, John Reese, James Randall Crowder and Adrian Crowder Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Crowder; his children, Timothy Abney of Louisville, KY, Debra Howard of Charlestown, IN and Jennifer Abney of Salem; and his sisters, Jo A. Elliott of Kingsport, TN, Sheri Redman of Louisville, KY and Trudy Napier of Harlan, KY. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and several nieces and a nephew.
