He was predeceased by: his parents, Chalmer Cunningham and Mary Cunningham (Russell); his brother George "Buck" Cunningham; his nephew Matt Levy; his great-nephew Cody Morgan; and his daughter-in-law Brenda Cunningham (Jeanne).
He is survived by: his sisters, Glenda See, Juva "Judy" Baker and Joyce Levy (Jim); his sons, Jeff Cunningham, John Cunningham (Ann) and Steve Cunningham (Melissa); his grandchildren, Danielle Gianerinni (John), Natalie Cunningham (Cory Harshman), Robert Glen "Bobby" Cunningham (Breanna), Morgan Cunningham-Hull (Tyler), JaMarc Neely, Alex Moore (Alexa) and William Moore (Shawn Clark); and his great grandchildren, Kathryn Neely, Raistlin Neely, Bexon Creel, Margot Moore and Mila Moore.
