She is survived by: her fiancé Rick Spears; her children, Frederick Gulley, Shannon Gulley (Geneva) and Tony Gulley (Carrie); her brother Leonard Cook; and her close friend Karen. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; her beloved dog, Beauty; several nieces and nephews.
