He is survived by: his wife Rita Fields; his daughters, Susan Cowles (Jason) of Seymour and Nicole Fields (Robert) of Seymour; his siblings, Kenneth "Ken" Fields (Deb) of Fairfield, Robert Fields (Becky) of Paris Crossing, Rick Fields of Madison, Donna White (Ossie) of Deputy and Linda Rook (Rick Hopkins) of Unionville, IA; his grandchildren, Peyton Hayes, Laken Hall, Eric Cowles, Daren Cowles and Christian Cowles; his great grandchildren, Preslee and Piper Cowles; and his pet Snoopy.
