He was predeceased by: his parents, Green L. Hamblin and Edna Hamblin; and his siblings, Bruce Hamblin, Bradley Hamblin, Gayle Hamblin and Kay Norman (Hamblin).
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Jewell Craft Hamblin; his children, Hope Kraps (Tim) and Jonathan "J. B." Hamblin (Denise); his grandchildren, Mackenzie Kraps, Mason Kraps, Meredith Kraps, Miller Kraps, Madison Hamblin Steele (Matt), Clayton Hamblin and Ashlyn Hamblin; his stepgrandchildren, Nathan May and Allison May; his brother Warren Hamblin; and his sister-in-law Peggy Fields (Ollie M. Knott).
