He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Phillips of Seymour, Carrie Dover (Paul) of Seymour, Sherry Wilkinson of Scottsburg, IN and Jeremy Staats (Amanda Day) of Tennessee; his sisters, Vickie Hurley (Ken) of Seymour, Rita Phillips of Seymour and LeeAnn Phillips of Seymour; his grandchildren, Kayden, Camryn, Ephiany, Jasmine, Jaylynn, Amarie, Addison, Cailyn, Gavin and Chloe; and his close friends, Anna Lopez and Cara Bridges. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and three great-great nieces.
