She was predeceased by: her parent Berl Grant; and her father-in-law Gary Jacobi. She is survived by: her mother Bridget Grant (Leigh); her husband Mark Jacobi; her daughters, Samantha Leigh and Alana Rose; her brother Zach Grant (Amanda); her mother-in-law Linda Jacobi; and her brother-in-law Matthew Jacobi (Elizabeth Fabrizio).
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Ambrose Catholic Church (325 S Chestnut St, Seymour, IN 47274).
